Pilates Class Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system or website, in accordance with our membership terms. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please take note of our class cancellation policy, as it details the procedure for any changes to your booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for their scheduled class. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) may not be admitted if it disrupts the class, in line with the Pilates studio rules.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a booked class, please be aware of our class cancellation policy, which stipulates that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. As outlined in our membership terms, late cancellations or missed classes will not qualify for a refund, in accordance with the Pilates studio rules.

3. Class Packages & Memberships

Class packages and memberships are governed by our class cancellation policy and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. All membership terms will include an expiry date for class packages, which will be detailed at the time of purchase. Please note that any unused sessions will expire after the validity period as per the Pilates studio rules and cannot be extended unless agreed upon at management’s discretion.

4. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure they are physically fit and able to participate in Pilates classes at our studio. By attending classes at ROSE REFORM, you confirm that you do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation and that you will inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy prior to class. Additionally, please be aware of our class cancellation policy and membership terms, as participation in Pilates classes is at your own risk and requires adherence to the Pilates studio rules.

5. Liability

ROSE REFORM and its instructors will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur while attending classes or on the studio premises, as stated in our membership terms. Clients voluntarily participate in all activities and assume all associated risks, in accordance with the Pilates studio rules and our class cancellation policy.
