Terms and conditions

1. Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system or website, in accordance with our membership terms. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note our class cancellation policy, as it outlines the procedure for any changes to your booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for their scheduled class. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) may not be admitted if it disrupts the class, as per the Pilates studio rules.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a booked class, please be aware of our class cancellation policy, which requires cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. According to our membership terms, late cancellations or missed classes will not be eligible for a refund, in line with the Pilates studio rules.

3. Class Packages & Memberships

Class packages and memberships are subject to our class cancellation policy and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. All membership terms include an expiry date for class packages, which will be specified at the time of purchase. Please be aware that unused sessions will expire after the validity period and cannot be extended unless agreed upon at management’s discretion, in accordance with the Pilates studio rules.

4. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure they are physically fit and able to participate in Pilates classes at our studio. By attending classes at ROSE REFORM, you confirm that: You do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation, and you will inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy prior to class. Please also be aware of our class cancellation policy and membership terms, as participation in Pilates classes is done at your own risk, adhering to the Pilates studio rules.

5. Liability

ROSE REFORM and its instructors will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur while attending classes or while on the studio premises, as outlined in our membership terms. Clients participate in all activities voluntarily and assume all associated risks, in accordance with the Pilates studio rules and our class cancellation policy.

6. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a safe and respectful environment at our Pilates studio, please adhere to the following guidelines: 


- Arrive 5–10 minutes before class to ensure a smooth start. 

- Ensure your mobile phones are silenced to avoid distractions. 

- Grip socks will be required for all reformer & tower classes as part of our membership terms. 

- Handle all equipment with care to maintain its quality. 

- Always respect other clients and instructors, as outlined in our Pilates studio rules. 


Please note that ROSE REFORM reserves the right to refuse entry or remove clients who behave inappropriately, in line with our class cancellation policy.

7. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, and it is important to review our class cancellation policy and membership terms. ROSE REFORM accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items, in accordance with the Pilates studio rules.

8. Changes to Schedule

ROSE REFORM reserves the right to change instructors, adjust class times, or implement class cancellations when necessary as outlined in our class cancellation policy. Where possible, clients will be notified in advance, in accordance with our membership terms and Pilates studio rules.

9. Membership Changes

ROSE REFORM may update membership terms, including prices, policies, or packages, at any time. Existing members will be notified of significant changes, including updates to the class cancellation policy and Pilates studio rules.

10. Women-only Studio Policy

ROSE REFORM is a women-only Pilates studio that prioritizes creating a safe and supportive environment. By booking classes, clients acknowledge and respect the studio’s policy of maintaining a space dedicated exclusively to women, as well as the class cancellation policy and membership terms outlined in the studio rules.

11. Agreement

By purchasing classes, memberships, or attending sessions at ROSE REFORM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our class cancellation policy and membership terms, as well as the Pilates studio rules. © ROSE REFORM Pilates Studio
